Die lubricants are considered to be non-value added processing aides. That is why we at ADCR strive to create die lubricants to meet the needs of each individual customer. Our goal is to design high quality die lubricants that can provide optimal release with the lowest applied solids.
Due to the fact that each individual die caster is unique we highly recommend meeting with one of our sales technicians before testing a lubricant.

All in the application!!
The amount of lubricant being applied each shot is just as important as the type of lubricant. Applying a finely atomized spray is essential to maximizing cooling of the die as well as the reduction of metal contamination.
